The Tenth Rasa: An Anthology of Indian Nonsense
This is edited by American musician and votary of Nonsense, Michael Heyman, and reintroduces Indian nonsense writing to the English-speaking world. I have a short poem, Grandmother's Tales, and a short prose piece, Ghost Office, featured in it. Both are nonsense... This is a Penguin book.
A Cup Of Chai & Other Stories
Published by Unisun Publications, Bangalore, this book brings together diverse short fiction. I have two stories in it, Jasmine For The Blue God and The Supervisor (my original title for the latter being Day & Night). The first is about a boy who's frustrated in his efforts to become a singer but discovers an electrifying secret about himself. The second is a story about how ordinary people can transcend their ordinariness within the space of 24 hours.
