Spanning not only the globe but also a variety of cultures, Black Dragon was a phenomenal read. The author created intensity and interest from the first few pages and didn’t let go of this course until the very end. I love a grisly special ops and World War II setting and this book didn’t disappoint. The scenes, imagery and dialogue were well-developed and they thoroughly resonated with authenticity and edge. Nothing cliché here, the author’s writing style is fresh and energetic and I look forward to reading more.
