I was pulled in immediately by the authors quick pacing and descriptive writing. So many scenes where hauntingly beautiful/brutal. The way a well crafted suspense story should be. Ryan Mitchell, a special op soldier and his team (including Jackson, his best friend) are pulled into a world of sabotage, power, assassins, and action. If you want a great hero and a great team going against the evil powers that be, and (essentially) saving society as they know it, pick this gem up.
