Spreading a message of hope to the abused that it is possible to forgive and heal

I wrote this letter to my grandfather who sexually abused me and died long before my forgiveness and healing. It has been shared in hopes that others would find the strength to forgive, let go and move on.

I have faced many giants as a result of my grandfathers acts but I have won and still winning. There is life and happiness after sexual abuse.
