In September of this year I added to my family of two dogs, a husband, our comfortable, peaceful, uninterrupted lives to grand-parent a 12 year old, and it has proven to be better than I could have imagined.

 I created this site because I wanted to give the grand-parents view on topics concerning raising children. After all, we have done it before—many of us.

 If you are a grandparent, or parenting your grandchildren, I would love to have you share your experiences to what it takes to raise a happy, emotionally sound, independent, loving child.  

 I also talk about other topics of interest from my life experiences and the wisdom I have gained.
