Mindprints, A Literary Journal''s Spring 2002 issue is out, and "A Son Named John," rests happily within its tender pages.
I received a copy of the publication by snail mail. The journal, known for showcasing work by the well-respected (such as author Catherine Ryan Hyde) alongside literary unknowns, contains a potpourri of lovely sentiments. This issue includes work by an eleven year old grappling with pride and discomfort over his dad who has MS. An accompanying editors' letter of thanks stated "we just received word from Writer's Digest that Mindprints will be featured in their June issue."Cheers - Sara
