The Lost World Temple, located in the Mayan city of Tikal was built circa the birth of Jesus.
The central orb was discovered in the photo months later. The right side orb was discovered years later, and the faint left side orb was noticed only recently.
Update March 18, 2023
Two more pinhole size white spots discovered. One is between the two brightest orbs. The other is up and to the right of that. The fifth is difficult to discern without the original photo. The 5 orbs taken together form a cross.
