Perth is COOL! But the time difference sucks! It''s 10:40 a.m. on Thursday, here on your fine Wednesday evening.
Thanks, CJ for posting stuff for me. They'd get mad at me if I did it from here. Love, MOM.
After the camels hauled my house out here in pieces and sat it down over an EMU BUSH- I decided to cut a hole in the floor and let that sucker grow. I'll be damned. Took over the whole house. Then the damned thing caught on fire and burned my house down. Now I have decided to become chemically dependent, deny my sexuality (instead of just bitch about the difficulties faced when one embraces such a lifestyle), become obsessed with material things, write really crappy books and poetry, be unfaithful to the woman who dumped me and said she never wanted to talk to me again [and that THIS time- it was REALLY over], make enemies of all of my loved ones and try to be as sucky a person as I can manage. What do you think? Good plan?
I don't know how the hell I am able to run a household, put a zillion kids that are not even MINE through school, work a job that pays me blessedly well (and serve a purpose valuable enough to them to send me abroad on business), create, build and maintain one of the most popular lesbian websites on the internet, And figure out how to create and self publish my books for $60.00 a title. ISBN and ALL. I astound me, being such a fuck up and all. How the hell do I get up and go to work at 4:30 a.m. every morning (Central Time- lol) when I'm so busy being a fuck up??? I'll be glad when I can quit my job and be a FULL time fuck up. I hate the way my job interferes with my chemical dependency. It really cuts into my alcohol and drug abuse time. And those DAMNED drug screens. GYAD.
GYAD- I wish people who have never even MET me would shut the fuck up and leave me alone.
Anyway- I love it here. I LOVE my new job. It's MUCH easier than the job I left. I'm still doing contract work on the side for the project that I left, too. Thanks to the internet. So- what the hell- I even have a job when I'm on my off days. But, I just work when I want to, and bill them.
I miss my family. My dad is going to come visit me next week. He always wanted to see Australia. And, then my girlfriend, is coming out the NEXT week (sure is nice to have a real live in the flesh girlfriend! Love you, RR!) So- it won't be bad. I just have to get used to it. And, over Spring Break, I'm having CJ out (who is kindly updating my AD for me in my absence).
I work REALLY hard. LOOOOOOONG hours. Perth is really beautiful. The weather is warm 80's in the day, 60's at night, this time of year. It's going to be weird in the Texas Summer. Houston will be blazing hot, and Perth will be pretty darned cool (60's in the day, and 40's at night).
As soon as I get to go out and check things out- I will post some pics, and stuff, or get CJ to do it. I can't find the cable for my digital. I have to go buy one as soon as I can. Yep. I got the gig of working out here- but it didn't include a CAR. lol
