The USS Hornet was the recovery ship for Apollo 11 which landed 35 years ago in July 1969. The USS Hornet Museum in Alameda CA is hosting Splashdown 2004, a series of events to celebrate this special anniversary. Ms. Dyson, the author of Home on the Moon, will be speaking at the museum July 20 and 21.
