Why we should bother with folks that are homelsss or people who just came out of a prison. What good does it do? Well, the truth is if we do not get involved with helping the least of these folks then we have to look in the mirror and realize that we are part of the problem. 

 

How can we help? We can help by giving these folks some hope, love and compassion.
 

If you don't have the time pehaps you can spare a few dollars. Please give generously, these folks are our brothers and sisters. They are our fellow Americans. It feels good to help a neighbor!
 

Love and Compassion Ministries, is a nonprofit, nondenominational Christian organization, teaching others of GOD’S grace and love. 
 

Love and Compassion Ministries (LCM) works with the ex-prisoners, their families, and the homeless to help them find jobs, housing, and transportation.  They believe in teaching people how to fish not just to continue to give them fish!   Love and Compassion Ministries is fighting suicide, depression, drugs, alcohol, abuse, pornography, devil worshipping, divorce, anger, hate, laziness, and homelessness.  Due to prison overcrowding they go to court and help people get into drug programs rather than sending them to prison.
 

LCM  helps people get back into their local Churches.  They send out hundreds of cards and letters to prisoners all over the State of Florida.  They give out Bibles, tapes, sermons, and pamphlets to the homeless and the imprisoned.  They counsel ex-prisoners and their families.  LCM works hand in hand with other Christian organizations to help with various needs.  They work with local hospitals, doctors, Churches, law enforcement agencies, attorneys, judges, school teachers, and family members to better our community.
 

Ron Willis is the Godly man who is the founder and director of this ministry.  For twelve years, last ten years full time, Mr. Willis has sacrificed all he has to reach the lost of this world for Christ.  Many have come to know God’s grace through this man.  He is now in need of finances to keep the ministry going.  Will you please join me in doing all you can to help this man keep Love and Compassion Ministries’ doors open?
