Dear authors friends, Brothers and Sisters, Readers and Loony Reviewers, I have received the book (after purchasing it on Lulu.com) and got a barrel of monkeys worth of laughs (although the book was infected by an intruder Canuck that I wouldn't mention)
and, the book shold be a good Christmas Present, cheap in price and invaluable as a gesture of good will.
So, open your wallet and get going (buying!)
PS: after my Internet Explorer kind of crashed and scrambled everything (thanks for backup CD's) I was forced to go back to factory setting and put all the programs back, which is a drag taking humongous quantity of hours and restarts. Sorry for no be around, and I am in a very foul mood, so be happy I don't start chopping heads!
