A new volume of short stories contained some 18 short pieces dated back to different periods from 1976 to 2005 was published by Khatawat private House in Damascus. The stories mainly cover clashes between civilizations and concentrate on the meaning of being an outsider and alienated in a strange society and culture. The personal experience of me when in England during 1984 – 1990 casted heavy shadows on the environment of the narration plus the experience of living in Poland inearlier periods.
