The idea for the edition of Unbelievable of the radio show in which I participated arose out of a semi serious exchange I had with blog friend Jenni Hutchinson, a committed Chistian and a socialist - not a combination one would expect to find often in America. I was reluctant at first but they seemed genuinely keen to have me participate so as I was allowed to suggest Jenni, who has a really whacky sense of humour, as my co - guest the idea started to seem good.
Religion in Britain is much more restrained and low key of course so the dialogue between believer and non - believer is much more friendly.
