A MAINE CHRISTMAS CAROL appeared on Amazon.com on 12/20. The publisher indicated that it may be quite a while before it showed up from its release date on 12/12. Book Surge, the printer for Cambridge Books said they did not expect to see it on Amazon until well after the first of the year. Using my 'visualized marketing' technique I refused to believe that it would be delayed and that it would be on Amazon before the holiday. The customer rep at Book Surge just said okay but please not to be disappointed.
