Kathy Bosworth was the primary caregiver for her mother who had a stroke. She got so frustrated trying to find a book that could walk her through the experience, she ended up writing, "Your Mother has Suffered a Slight Stroke". Now she speaks to other baby boomers who have elderly parents to care for and she stresses the importance of getting your affairs in order and understanding the financial realities of long-term nursing care.
