OK – I hear you.
In response to a number of e mails that pretty much said, “Hey, Ric –what are you using for brain cells, pal. As much as I’d like to enter the contest and win free books or bookplates, there’s no way, I’m gonna be able to find the time to squeeze in a read before Christmas!”
In fact an e mail that I received yesterday, suggested that I extend the contest through the end of the year.
Not a bad idea.
So, OK – consider it done. The contest will now extend through Jan. 1, 2008, giving you that week between Christmas and New Years after you’ve gotten bored with X-Box and the new flat panel HDTV to peruse a book or two. So one more time here’s the deal to win yourself a complete set of the McCarthy Mysteries plus an ultra cool advance reader copy (the kind that get sent to big shot book reviewers) for the next book in the series, The Scrimshaw, when it’s released next fall.
