Just Folks Selected for Fundraiser

Jerry Engler's books have been chosen to create more human awareness.

The Kaw Valley Heritage Alliance Incorporated of Lawrence, Kansas, has announced selection of the Just Folks series of fiction short stories by Jerry Engler for fundraising for its programs of environmental concerns and global awareness.
Robert J. Burkhardt of KVHA said Engler's stories represent great tales from the heart of Kansas and neighboring states as well as expressing appeal to the universal mind of mankind. They promote a humor and awareness of the human condition much as have stories by earlier writers from unique areas such as Garrison Keillor and Mark Twain, he said.
Engler's books include Just Folks: Earthy Tales of the Prairie Heartland, A Heartland Voice: Just Folks Two, and the soon to be released, Highly Embellished Truth & Some Poetry: Just Folks Three.
