I signed up for this service - it was impossible for me to figure out how to use it. It was also impossible for me to contact this organization until I went to my bank and stopped payment after TEN months @ $9.95. Read their weak explanation below. BUYER beware?

reviewed. Per the Terms and Conditions your account will be
charged a monthly service fee whether the service is utilized or not,
thus I am not able to honor your request for a refund of fees. I have
however, as a courtesy authorized the refund of one months service fee
and have cancelled the collection of the final fee. Your Quicken Bill
Pay account is closed and you will receive no further charges.

to serve your bill payment needs.
