On Sunday evening, January 24, I enjoyed visiting with a group of about twenty Refresh Church young adults who are soon going to Dhaka, Bangladesh. I spent the better part of five years in Bangladesh, so I was able to prepare them (as much as anyone could) for the very different culture and weather, and to pray with them for Power from on High. Babes in the woods, none of them except their leader, Steve Boyer, has ever been out of the USA. Several of them bought my new book, MINGLING WITH MUSLIMS, written largely about life and my experiences in Dhaka, which should help get them ready for he major culture shock awaiting them. I warned them that their biggest obstacle is going to be the people sitting in that room that evening: little irritations grow huge when teams are living and working together. The real culprit, of course, is old smutty face, not the people. They should just recognize the source and say, "Out, Satan! I'm a child of God and I will not be upset with my friend. In the Name of Jesus, Out!"
