Maddie James recently signed with Resplendence Publishing for a 3 book series based on the Legend of Blackbeard's Chalice. These paranormal suspense novels move characters through time from the year 1718, when Blackbeard was beheaded, to the future in 2042. The trilogy features the Porter family and their quest to silence a curse Blackbeard put on their family when his head was stolen and made into a silver-plated chalice. The first book, The Curse, will be released from Resplendence in November of 2007. Watch for updates for the next books in the series.
