Beyond the edge of the forest, lay terrors unimaginable to modern men. At least this is what the residence of Cappawhite Ireland once again discover. This deliciously horrifying story begins in a cemetary in Los Angeles, California and ends in a forest in Ireland. Along the way we meet a variety of characters, each of whom has his or her individual story which inexorably leads to a rendezvous with fate. How many will die along the way? Can this evil be stopped? Will this be the end? Only by reading this enchanting story can you find out.
This is the second in a series about the small Irish town of Cappawhite, but it is so well written that it stands alone as an independant story. This reviewer has not read the first volume and found this one highly enjoyable in its bone-chilling clarity.
The characters are all well developed and have such sufficient background that the reader cannot help but empathize with each one. This book is quite highly recommended and will not leave the reader asking for more...except the next volume in this series.
