Already, "Monstrous: The Autobiography of a Serial Killer but for the Grace of God" had been heralded as a "cult classic" by a man with two dozen tattoos, and now it has garnered praise at an award-winning mainstream true-crime website.
Online reviewer Anneli Rufus has come out with her latest installment of "Book 'Em: Crime Magazine's Review of True-Crime Books". Among the six new titles is "Monstrous", which follows Jack Olsen's latest and holds its own in comparison with the work by the venerable true-crime dean.
