Finally, a fair and unbiased report of the real US presidential nomination from Alan Dawson. Most important in his article (BP, June 5) is a worthy quote: ''Senator Obama is not responsible for hateful, divisive speech. He is responsible for sitting through it for 20 years, recommending it to his family... and then having the gall to present himself as more qualified to bring Americans together without regard to race, age, gender, religion, and all his other divisive stereotypes.''
I will go a step further. How unfortunate for the Democrats that they lack the ability to learn from their past mistakes in their quest for change. We all remember the last time they backed a loser who wasn''t properly vetted, by the name of John Kerry.
From the land of the milked and honeyed here’s a few political faux pas and a bit of attitude exposed to the harsh light of a Canadian who actually has their own opinion.
