The Jessica Project outsells Joined at the Heart on Amazon
In another humiliating setback for the former Vice President, his new book, "Joined at the Heart", has fallen behind "The Jessica Project", Thomas Farrell's romantic thriller, on the Amazon sales charts. Industry analysts were stunned by this development, particularly in light of the promotional fanfare which accompanied Gore's literary effort when it was published late last year. By contrast, "The Jessica Project", released with virtually no marketing or bookstore distribution, has climbed steadily on the Amazon charts. Last week, "The Jessica Project", which features an oddball romance between a chameleon-like assassin and a beautiful federal agent, ranked in the top 1% of over 1500 titles currently available from PublishAmerica on Amazon. Farrell was at a loss to explain the success of his first novel. Gore was not available for comment.
