I Am a New Yorker, a WTC memoriam poem

My poem, "I Am A New Yorker" which is a Tribute to the families of 9/11, which was written within days of the WTC attack, has been viewed many times on the internet as author unknown. This piece has been widely distributed as such.
Today, New Colonist has agreed, and officially accepted and acknowledged, my legal copyright and version, from which variations have since derived.
I know as authors we are all concerned about Copyright Infringement, however this arrived with a fastidious solution. I am once again proud to have my work published and acknowledged.
