Dr. Brad Cummins was a surgeon in Iraq. One haunting day he was unable to save a soldier injured by an IED. He was able to mend the Iraqi who caused the damage. This leads to a tribunal where his work was scrutinized. He blamed himself for the soldier dying. The Iraqi questioned him by stating “Maybe you should rethink who you are.”

After returning home, Brad joins his brother in his medical practice. The are twins. But when his brother is shot and killed in a supposed robbery, Brad begins to become suspicious. He discovers that their dog tags were switched and then is convinced it was no being in the wrong place at the wrong time rather he was the intended target. And to make matters more odd, Brad received an anonymous message – “I will give you a little wiggle room.”

Everyone discounts his fears saying he is just paranoid so he sets out to uncover the truth himself.
