My Mascot Art Contest voting for grades K-3 kicked off this weekend, and what a great event it has been so far! I have some wonderful pieces from all over Texas to use for wagon decoration and the voting is phenomenal!

Take a look at the entries and cast your vote (or votes) to help one of these wonderful young artists win the trophy I ordered just for them! He or she will also receive a copy of the second book in my Texas Festivals Series and an opportunity to visit with Sally and me at our festival table in November!

The voting will run until October 31, 2016 when I will announce the winner live on Facebook or YouTube. All the entrants will receive a special invitation to my book launch party as well as an autographed illustration or Sally selfie if he or she visits the festival.
