Within someone's household, a young child is being sexually molested and, in most cases, it's being done by someone they know. On occassions, they're falling victim to their mom's boyfriend, someone they know personally and, sometimes, even by a family member. Knowing this, Jerome Staten chooses to be the voice for these unfortunate victims by delivering a wake-up call to parents around the world with his new video entitled, "Kelly."
