Linda Alexander has signed a contract with BearManor Media, a publishing house well-known in the industry for top-of-the-line media in the classic entertainment genre. Ms. Alexander’s new book will be a deep look into the evolution of the television show, Diagnosis Murder, which aired from 1993 – 2001, starring the iconic Dick Van Dyke in the title role of Dr. Mark Sloan. The show became known for its blinding array of “who’s who” of guest stars of yesteryear. It was easier to list who hadn’t had a guest part on the show than who had. Everyone wanted to work with Dick Van Dyke!

The book is expected to be available for the Christmas 2023 selling season. Working title: Diagnosis Murder: Classic TV Before Its Time
