Sandy Fox has won three finalist awards for her book "Creating a New Normal...After the Death of a Child." A  fourth award for second place was awarded by Royal Dragonfly Book Awards.

The most recent finalist award is from the 2011 Next Generation Indie Book Awards in the self-help category. She was also honored by ForeWord Reviews in the Health category as well as by USA Book News in the Health, Death and Dying Category of the Best Books of 2010. The Royal Dragonfly was given for excellence in literature.

Fox's book deals with coping techniques after the death of a child. There are over 80 articles dealing with topics such as anger, hearing negative comments, childless issues, men's grief, getting through holidays, guilt, rebuilding your marriage and many more. There is also a large resource section for those looking for additional help.
