It was standing room only at the Barnes and Noble in Arlington VA on September 17, 2008 when Michael Sullivan presented a 2 hour talk entitled: HOW TO BUILD A FICITON NOVEL.  Approximately 35 people turned out for the event many having to stand in the back.

Michael Sullivan is the author of 19 novels. Recently his novel, "The Crown Conspiracy" was published by Aspirations Media Inc. and was named a Book of the Year finalist with Foreword Magazine. His second published novel will be forthcoming in April 2009 from AMI.

Michael shared his personal experiences and methods as he goes about telling a story. He referred to a short story of his he has posted to the group entitled, "Tradition," and used it to illustrate several points.

Following the lecture was a lively question and answer session that lasted approximately 45 minutes.

Michael's next lecture will be to the Herndon Book Club on November 5th. He is available at no charge for speaking engagements in and around the Metropolitan DC area.
