TLW is a hardworking, sincere, group of cross-genre talents you would love to meet. More authors than poets, but we hold our own in the crowd I think.

Robert Meuser and I read some of our recent award winning poems this past Saturday.("Life Lesson Learned" previously unpublished, and the title poem from In the Playhouse of My Mind).

Later that afternoon I had a call from Zona Gale, book editor of The Pen Woman published by the National League of American Pen Women out of Washington, D.C. She is interested in publishing reviews of In the Playhouse of My Mind Vol I and Scatterd Rainbows Vol II of the Circle of Life Trilogy. Yippee!

Another recent excitement was learning of placing 2nd in the Anita Boggs Memorial Award category at the Biennial for "In the Company House". Even my adult children were surprised at that!
