The February monthly members contest was for free verse so I chose Spoon River Anthology Style since I understand that to be a form of free verse.
"Verla Jo Nelson" won a 2HM. I learned through her to speak from the grave about life on earth as it's experienced. It was an interesting experiment for me because it put me in a different place in my mind. Creative fun to speak from the past.
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
Perhaps "..Quiet Storm" will help rekindle old flames buried and long forgotten or express the love so deeply locked inside of your soul longing to be released.
