EDITORS: For review copies, contact: Erica Dorocke Wordclay (812) 334.5308 edorocke.wordclay.com New Book Offers A View of The Trials and Tribulations of One Christian Woman Autobiography of a Woman Guided by God Bloomington, Ind. – KJ Jacobs has managed a life replete with overwhelming obstacles, both physical and emotional. In her new book, Looking Up When Your Circumstances Have You Down, she candidly relays her journey, through illness and marital strife, into the arms of Jesus. Jacobs begins her story detailing the first of eight chronic illnesses she became diagnosed with, Type I Diabetes. She was guided by God in her decision to attend college to become a Registered Nurse, so as to help others learn to live a productive life. Jesus continued to guide her through the upbringing of her two boys, through two failed marriages, and finally through the painful battle with her third, and current, husband’s alcohol addiction. Though all these hardships, Jacobs kept God in her heart and His love showed her through. The last of many trials that Jacobs faced was breast cancer, of which she was diagnosed in 2004. Witness the unbelievable courage and faithfulness of this woman who truly knows the meaning and consequences of misfortune. Jacobs writes, This book will have an appeal to all women, especially those who have been in or are in troubled marriages. It talks about divorce and the consequences it can cause, if each spouse does not get Christian counseling. This book, due to God’s faithfulness, is an inspiration and an encouragement to anyone who has been through any of the previous situations. About the Author KJ Jacobs is married with two children. This is her first book. She has written and published a poem entitled, “Over Fifty.” For more information on Wordclay, please visit www.wordclay.com.
