“Building Your Life by the Owner’s Design” (The Positive Approach to Building Your Life God’s Way) by Danny Von Kanel is a practical and quick read. If I was to sum it up in a word, it would be the famous word we have all heard from our GPS device: "Recalibrating." The section that hit home with me the most was entitled, "Careless Design" and the enticing introduction was as follows: "Most of our church members build their lives using the careless design blueprint. Almost all are unaware they are using this design. They are living nonchalantly as if in a Dream. They would say they are living the way Christ would want them
to live. . ." Von Kanel goes on to outline the problem of careless design, as we (church members),
