Arkansas Writers' Conference Awards

I won four awards at AWC this year.

I took 1st Place in Christian Romance, 2nd Place for a Children's Book (first chapter), 1st Honorable Mention in a poetry contest and 2nd Honorable Mention in the WOW Press award with a story about my mother's influence on me. (She used a paddle--just kidding, it was about a parent passing on a value system). So FOUR awards in all and I just finished writing nine entries for the White County Creative Writers contests. Winners will be announced at the writers coference, Sept. 3rd.
