In An Enlightening Quiche, Eva Pasco has her own distinctive writing style and unique sense of humor. Her cast of characters, seen through the eyes of her two main characters, are vivid and at times amusing . At other times, anger or sympathy are aroused. Both women telling the story have eye-opening experiences that change their lives. Besides love, there is some tragedy in the story, but in the end, all's well that ends well. That makes for happy reading.
