The New Year has just begun and the descration of the "True and Natural" family is become a bigger Massive Outrage throughout the United States due to Child Protection Services removing children unnecessary from their "true and natural" parents with the hopes to terminate the parental rights of parents and create an "unnatural" family, whereas there was suppose to be no family at all.
The United State Department of Human Services/ACF with the blessings and approval from King George The Bush, has approved even bigger rewards given to the states to terminate parental rights and procedure with the un-natural process of "adoption" thus by creating more "legal" orphans than "natural" orphans.
The Illinois Family Rights Association is starting up Parental Rights Classes and Sessions to help parents protect themselves from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services states that most of the time they remove a child for his/her parents and familiar surroundings is due to "intent of risk of harm" which means "poverty".
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services openly admits that their goal is to place more children into adoptive homes rather than concentrate their efforts on reunification with the "true and natural" parents.
Many other states have admitted the same goal. What incentive is there to reunify a family? None. The U.S. Department of Human Services/ACF admits that there is none as do all Fifty States.
Many parents that middle to middle-low to low income families do not have the finances to afford a high price attorney. They are often given substandard legal services via The Public Defender office.
Nine out of Ten Times, these Public Defenders are just puppies. They don't know how to deal with CPS at all.
So they just tell you to go along with the Service plan and if you do your children will returned to you once you have completed it.
One thing about service plans. They can go forever especially if the parents are mental health consumers.
The Illinois Family Rights Association is starting up classes to teach, educate, and inform Illinois Parents how to assert their parental rights under the United State Constitution and The Illinois State Constitution.
