Hello again!

It's hard to believe it is already May. Even with all the rain we've been getting, Spring is still my favorite season!

Welcome to my new friends and subscribers which I met in Pataskala. I truly enjoyed meeting and talking with each of you at the library and schools! The students at Watkins Middle School and High School were wonderful! They listened attentively and had great questions. Several brought their parents to the library the next day for a copy of THE WAY HOME. I hope you enjoy the book!

I've heard from quite a few of you that have already finished it. Your opinion of the book is invaluable. Remember you may submit your reviews on this website, amazon, barnes and noble, and the publishamerica websites. One student is even doing her last book report at school on it. Be sure to let me know how that turns out!

Many of you are asking about Book II, COME TO ME. I will let you know as soon as I hear something from PublishAmerica. In the meantime, I've been continuing to work to set up book signings in Gallipolis and across the River in West Virginia. Please let me know if you have any ideas of other places.

I've also had a few brainstorms in all of this running around from one kid activity to another. Two of these involve picture books. One blossomed while we were crossing a railroad track on our way home from baseball. The other originated while I was teaching Spanish to my third graders. It is a sweet, but funny bilingual (Spanish/English) book. I am excitedly working to develop these ideas!

The fourth book in the Matthew Allen David series is almost finished. Soon, I will be putting excerpts from each book onto this authorsden site. The series will also appear on my website as soon as possible. Check back periodically for updates. I am trusting God that this special series will find a publisher. He has blessed me with these characters and ideas. I would love to share them with children everywhere!
