Can you believe it's almost May already? If the adage is true about April showers, then we should have a TON of May flowers!

I finally went to my first writer's conference. It was in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. What a beautiful place! There was a worship time every morning and evening, and in between it was packed with lots of learning and food. Because it was in the mountains, we had a great work-out hiking those hills to each class. I met lots of awesome people, and now know positively the next step for my writing. Many needed contacts have been made too. All in all, it was an awesome experience!
