Welcome to my new friends from Watkins Middle School and Kirkersville Elementary! As I've come to expect from Southwest Licking Schools, I had a great time with their teachers and students. Normally, I post a special message for each class on my website. However, my computer is down. So, until I can upload and download all programs and files necessary, you can find your messages at my blog www.bearinglife.blogspot.com.
Remember there are a lot of Chicken Soup deadlines approaching. The Dog Lover, Cat Lover, Football Lover, Most Embarring Moment, and Extraordinary Teen are a few. These all have December 31, 2008 deadlines. Wow! They changed the deadline from this December until next. Don't wait though - get that story in soon!
My local friends, be sure to stop by the One Stop Christmas Shoppe at Fellowship of Faith Church at 20344 State Route 554, just off the Rio Grande Exit of Hwy 35. It's this Saturday, December 8 from 1-5pm. I will be there signing books, joining with other local home-based businesses to help you with your holiday shopping needs. Stop by to say, 'hello.'
