A friend in South Bend Indiana sent a quirky questionaire to me and encourages me to send it to friends. After seeing that it took up about 30 minutes and comprised 60 questions, for a moment I thought I was applying for a student loan all over again.

But I took on the dare and thought. . ."Hey, I might even surprise myself!"

1. What time did you get up this morning? Daytime. As a writer we don't believe in alarm clocks.

3. What was the last film you saw at the cinema? Ray

4. Who was the last person who made you mad? The guy I share a last name with. . . but the making up is fun.

5. What do you usually have for breakfast? 1 Nectarine

7. Favorite cuisine? Mediteranean

8. What foods do you dislike? Raw oysters

9. What is your favorite chip flavor? Sour Cream

10. What is your favorite CD at the moment? Any smooth Jazz, especially Brian Culbertson

11. What kind of car are you driving? Buick Park Avenue

12. Favorite sandwich? Chicken Salad Croissant

13. What characteristic do you despise? Greedy

14. What is your favorite clothing? My Moo Moo

15. If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation, where would you go? Ireland or Australia

16. What color is your bathroom? Green & White & desparately in need of a make-over

17. Favorite brand of clothing? Good Will on W. 96th in Indy. . .I know it's not a brand but I call it "The Goodie Boutique"

18. Where would you retire to? Anywhere snow is not welcomed.

19. What was your most memorable birthday? When I was in the hospital recovering from a coma at age 20.

20. Favorite sport to watch? Ball Room Dancing

24. Goals you have for yourself? Self publish like Nikki Giovanni; Become a well-traveled speaker; Help groups raise several thousands of dollars with our travel program; Move to a major city; Tell my bill collectors to kiss my crooked baby toenail; Set up a "Cynth'ya's Friends" Cruise for. . . (isn't it obvious?); Open a bed and breakfast facility for creative artists in the country, and make Heaven my home because nothing else really truly matters as far as the ULTIMATE goal.

25. What are your hobbies? Just doing absolutely nothing, other than browse antique stores and take shortcuts that I'm not sure where I'll end up but I always have enough gas in the car to turn around.

26. Morning person or night person? Can you say "hootey hoot?"

29. Pets? The spirit of my dead beta fish, Midas.

30. Any new and exciting news you'd like to share?
Yes, . . .I'm getting older, and I couldn't care less because LIFE is BEAUTIFUL even if it's a tough row to hoe sometimes. . . .we live to try another day.

An actress

35. What is a day on the calendar you are looking forward to? The day I move from Earth to Heaven.

My daughter cooks better than I do.
