Hi,
Those of you who know me well know that I'm not particularly fond of Christmas ... especially 1992.
However, I'm a Christian who believes that it's okay to celebrate Christmas ... especially for children.
With the loss of my beloved sister, Helen, this year, I've really been more depressed this holiday season. All of us have hard times, I know, and God helps us only if we let him.
I've been doing a lot of artwork and poetry--if you visit my website: www.authorsden.com/sandrascorona, you will see that I've posted my art/photographs to my last seven posts. Your comments, as always, are welcome.
Talking seems to make me cry lately, so I'm not doing of lot of that except to Doogie--who always makes me laugh. He's so into Harry Potter that if anyone knows 'if' or 'where' we can find a 'spellbook', I'd appreciate that information. Harry makes Doogie feel that 'he' can do anything!
Just last night Doogie was talking about becoming a Fireman! Never mind that he's blind, Doogie claims he's 'thinking ahead'--and I'm all for positive thinking :) though I do caution him to be flexible in case he doesn't meet the criteria for firefighting.
He thought about it and said, "Yeah, maybe I'm too heavy :)!"
I still have no idea when Annie's taped interview (when she will read Doogie's poem, Annie) will be shown on Maury Povich. I WILL put the time and date in my 'chatterbox'--as I'd like all of you to see Annie. Doogie was her first beau and, once you see Annie, you will know more about the type of young man Doogie is--he's super :)!
