Hello Everyone,

Hope you all are enjoying the summer - it's always too short for my likings. I am pleased to say that my writing projects have heated up along with the weather.

"Adventures and Fables:A Children's Collection," from Kudlicka Publishing, is in the final stages, with the publisher working on the artwork and illustrations. "A Symphony of Terror," my supernatural anthology from Dark Woods Publishing, is gearing up as well, with the content filling in nicely. This one is slated for a fall release.

For those of you who know me well, this is the one time of year when I actually work nearly full-time with my business (or close to it - ha ha), but I'm not complaining. I still have written a decent amount of short stories lately, with some very exciting acceptances. The biggest sale came from Fangoria Magazine, a long-time heavyweight in the horror field, and my first sale at professional rates.

Some other acceptances include to Dark Legacy Magazine, issues #11 and #12. This is a print mag devoted to Lovecraftian literature, and the editor is Ran Cartwright, a real-life archaeologist. Other sales include to Black Petals Magazine, Infernal Magazine, the Midnight Gallery Magazine, Demontia Magazine #2, due out shortly, and Fractured Reality, a print anthology coming out this autumn. Several of my stories will be reprinted in October Moon, Frightweb, Abe's Tomb, the Haunted, and Steel Caves. Some more will be featured in Sinister Element, now changing to a print magazine, Shadow Keep, and Deviant Minds.
