In addition I would like to add ways that you can contribute to the recent American tradegy. We all know about donating blood, and money (although I believe there will now be a surplus of money) but some of us are unable to contribute in this way. Go to your church and pray in earnest for the victims, their families, and our President/Nation.
Other ways to feel useful would be to volunteer at local schools with children. Helping them to make their own American flags is one thing you can do with the children, but their are many other ways to volunteer with children that may be of assistance such as help them write letters to children with lost parents in New York, or get them involved in learning how to write letters to our President on how they feel (supporting him or giving him ideas).
You may make flags and print them out on your computer and hand them out at to those who can't find them.
