Welcome back:

After a l-o-n-g week I have calculated that one of the
things readers want, is more info on authors. So I'm going to
endeavor to start this one off with my own bio. This won't be
long but I do want you to feel as though you know me, and other
writers.
First, and foremost, I'm an ebook writer. What's the difference,
you are probably asking. Well, for one ebooks go a step beyond the
tried and tested formula's of the print publishers of today. By this
I mean you might pick a romance, and the hero or heroine might be a
singer, a actress, a writer. The plot might sound the same, but have such
a different results. Heroes are heroic, but with a lot of hangups to overcome,
same with heroines. Ebook writers do one thing that most
print writers don't, they write more realistically. So the characters in the
books are more like people you've met, or know, or seen. They aren't all
Barbie dolls with Ken partners. In my opinion this picture gets a little
old after a while. You begin to want to read something with normal people doing
fantastic things. They might be fat, or old, or have an
occupation that is much different. They take you beyond the realm of fantasy,
to a world you can relate to.
Now why did I chose to write ebooks? In a word--freedom. Freedom to write what I
really wanted to write. Freedom to write from the heart. Freedom to be a real
writer. Do I get paid? Absolutely, and rightfully by the amount of books I sell. Do I love my work?
Absolutely, the only reason I write.
But who am I?
A housewife who wrote and stowed her book in the drawer for years. A mother who rocked her
babies to sleep while typing on the computer. A writer who faced rejection many times and kept on
writing because the voices in my head drove me to it. They had to get out.
Is it my only job? No. I've been a registered day care provider, and now work for my local
school.
Do I have hobbies, oh yes, I love watching American Movie Classics, tending my fish, babysitting
my grandkids, and celebrating holdiays with my two beautiful daughters.
Am I married? Yes, to my soulmate who indulges me with my writing, and
encourages me to write more.
I'm a Libra, .
Am I religious, very much so, although I don't attend church often, I have read the bible through twice and
have an understanding that has sustained me all my life.
Am I a snappy dresser, no. Fashion is not my forte.
What is my favorite food? Chocolate, it's common among writers.
What is my favorite color, I like blue, green, pink.
Who do I read, Dorice Nelson, Charlotte Boyett Compo,
Sally Odgers, Diana Kirk.
About my books. I write contemporary mostly, some poetry, short stories,
and am attempting western historicals. I also write children's books. I'm writing a
series of children's illustrated books "The Willy Sweries" coming out soon at Writer's
Exchange Epublishing.<http://www.writers-exchange.com/epublishing>.My characters mean the most to me, and
without them I'd be lost. They dictate whether my romance will be sweet or
steamy.
What am I really like... Like you--or your next door neighbor. My main interest in life if
writing and writing related. I'm working on making home-made keychains for my book fans. If you'd

I enjoy--sunsets, sundaes, a good movie, doing something for someone else, watching my grandchildren
grow up and the excitement on their faces.
