You may have heard of the “Weird US” folks? [The ones who went trooping around the country reporting on the strangest phenomena from town to town – who created a TV documentary and bestselling books.] I’m so thrilled: I’ve been invited to submit my own, true Cape-Cod spirit encounters for the company’s upcoming book “Weird Hauntings.” Joanne Austin is its generous editor, and she has given every opportunity to get my stories in. This book will include authors from the other “Weird” books. I’m pretty excited!


Plus, the uniquely-gifted photographer Rebecca Brown recently asked to use my daughter as a model on her photography site. Her aim was a shoulder-up, black and white image. I'm utterly dumfounded with how well Rebecca knew to let Ayla be herself! You really should have heard the devilish laugh coming from my daughter as she raced around the room for each picture, sitting only for a mere second before the camera.
