I read from an accomplished author on Sarah's blog that publishers frown on anything controversial in teen books, like sex, drugs, and the like. Um, hello? These are main issues in most teens lives! My book has one sex-UAL scene and part of its central theme involves dealing with meds and alcohol addiction. Rest assured, this book will never change in those aspects.
