Dear Readers,

Life has been interesting and challenging lately: - Klentz virus attacks - travelling to Kashkadanga (close to the Afghanistan border) and completing a new novel. Plus searching for a reputable agent to represent my new novels. Uzbekistan is a novel waiting to be written; wonderful ancient mosques, colourful, uniquely people living in a harsh, political climate. To stand in a field of red poppies as the sunrises is breathtakingly beautiful. We ate a generous breakfast provided by the host family sitting on brilliantly coloured rugs; the braying of donkeys created amusement. Shy children clustered together for their first ever photo and touched the hearts and hands of the strangers in their midst. Wonderful memories and photos will guide me when I write about these experiences.
