'An American Redneck in Hong Kong' by Michael LaRocca is not only steeped in personal experiences and cultural differences but Michael’s ‘redneck humor’ shines forth very well indeed! Many times throughout the book I found myself laughing hysterically over his perspective on life, whether or not it was in America or Hong Kong. It’s a personable book and I enjoyed it immensely.
Although most of my writings lately have been book reviews (and more to go!*~;) I do promise to get back to more creative endeavours such as poems and stories in the near future. They are calling my name and it's getting louder so just a matter of time.
